Who Says You Have to Be Old? Here’s How You Can Be Ageless
It's amazing what your attitude and mindset will do

You are never ever supposed to be old.
Yep. It’s true.
That is, unless you allow yourself to be.
I’m referring to being old. Acting old. Living old.
Buying into and living the stereotype of “old.”
The stereotype of being a certain age as dictated by the way our parents, grandparents, marketers, or movie makers represent it.
This is why a lot of people become old just because they assume they’re supposed to.
We just don’t have many good examples (yet) of people who never become old just because they’re older.
It’s all about attitude and mindset
But with an open mind and open heart, realizing the amazing life possibilities and with a desire for something vastly better, you can obliterate the stereotype.
By doing so, you live the opposite of the life you may dread.
Which is what I have done (and if I can do it, anyone can do it).
I in no way, shape or form perceive myself as being anywhere close to my current chronological age (unless I look in the mirror).
I decided that I wanted to die young at an old age, so I dove headfirst into how I could improve my health to increase my health span to do so.
Because I view this phase of life as MY TURN!, I was determined to put in the effort to design the life that was right for me in all respects:
Health
Relationships
Fun
Fulfillment
Relevance
Income
Purpose
Impact
Personal and spiritual growth
Learning
and a new and more ideal self-identity
I learned the new modern-day realities of olderhood and the stunning opportunities that now exist in the Longevity Renaissance.
Right attitude, right life
So here I am today, an outlier in a way that will soon become the norm.
I am happier, more fulfilled, more excited about what I am doing (and it isn’t traditional retirement), and healthier than I was ten, even twenty years ago.
That’s what the video at the end of this missive is all about.
It’s about how to have the attitude and mindset that enables you to be and have the life you want and need.
No matter your age.
If you have an attitude of dreading the advancement of years and buy into the total bullshit stereotype, then yeah, you have something to dread.
On the other hand, you can buy into the premise from Nobel Prize-winning physicist Max Planck, who said,
“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
As you watch this video, I will be laying out for you ways to change the way you look at yourself and olderhood.
I will open the door to the way it absolutely can be, and for many people, it’s a new way forward they want it to be.
What I lay out applies to any adult of any age, whether it’s 75 or 35.
It’s really not so much about how old you are or what defined phase of life you’re in (and who the hell defined those phases anyway?), but rather,
This is simply a point in time in your life when you are ready to reimagine, reconsider and redesign you and your life into something that is ideal for you.
You owe it to yourself, your future and your life to give it a watch with an open mind and heart and open up a whole new world of possibilities.
